Kingfishers exit backwards
Leaving their nest they appear to fly straight out of the nest hole. But the video reveals that
they exit backwards (presumably because the nest is full of
hungry young). We are still trying to get a good picture of this from the video, this is not great
but better than nothing.

In the meantime here is another photo of one under then nest.
